About these terms
These terms apply to use of dhglobaltrading.com and to enquiries made through it. Each vehicle or parts sale is confirmed separately in writing, and that written agreement takes priority.
Listings and prices
- We take care to describe vehicles accurately, but details (including mileage, grades and features) come from auction and inspection records and should be confirmed with us before purchase.
- Prices are shown on the basis stated (for example FOB Japan) and may change until a sale is confirmed in writing.
- Photos may show a vehicle before preparation for export. SAMPLE listings are for demonstration only.
Reservations and payment
A vehicle is only reserved once we confirm it in writing and any agreed deposit is received. Payment terms, deadlines and refunds are set out in the written sale agreement. [Client to define deposit and refund policy.]
Shipping and import
Shipping times are estimates. The buyer is responsible for import approval, duties, taxes and clearing charges in Sri Lanka unless agreed otherwise in writing. See the import disclaimer.
Liability
To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect losses or for delays caused by events outside our control (for example shipping delays, port congestion or changes in regulations).
